The LSC
Summoning Convergence
Spell/Continuous
When your opponent Special Summons a monster, destroy this face-up card: Draw 2 cards. If your opponent Special Summons a monster while 3 "Summoning Convergence" are in your Graveyard, banish all "Summoning Convergence" in your Graveyard: destroy that monster.
Dual Sapper
Trap/Normal
If your opponent controls 2 or more face-up Effect monsters, your opponent selects 1 monster they control: it's ATK is halved, then they select another monster they control: that monster's DEF is reduced to 0.
Blade in Broad Daylight
Spell/Normal
Pay 400 Life Points: Destroy 1 monster on the field (your opponent can negate this effect by discarding 1 card.)

Since special summons are so common I wouldn't make this a +1, but a +0 is too slow. Maybe Draw 1 and some other positive effect?

It seems to give the opponent too much control over the effects for not much payoff.

That's pretty cool. Maybe make the opponent banish 1 card in their hand so it isn't so easy to just dump things that are better in the grave.
Re: The LSC
Perhaps make them discard a Spell/Trap instead of a monster instead for Blade.
But for Summoning Convergence I made it a Cont. Spell so they would have to actually decide what they were summoning would be worth giving the opponent a +1.

This works

Well, I could be wrong. I think it depends on how much SS'ing we will do as a CCG. They could have no choice but to give you a +1, most of the time
