Normally I would agree with you, but this is so easily changed. I literally changed 3 to 1 and it's a copy of Lazer Bow.

If we can nerf a banned card so easily, letting it still be useful (as it would be very useful in an insect deck) without changing its purpose at all, then why not? It's not doing any favors sitting on the list for all eternity.

I could see minor changes being fine, since it's neither a Salvation nor a Dooms Day Golem. I say we could give it another chance.
