It completely shuts down all graveyard effects.

Kind of agree with this. While a Banisher (Lolnotpun) would be nice to have, this has quite a lot of powerful effects for it's stats...
You could make it a defensive-based monster? Or lower both the ATK and DEF somewhat (~1500)

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, Life Points cannot be increased. When a Monster card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, it is removed from play instead.
Now it's mandatory for both graveyards, and it's SS negation is removed. It's stats are also nerfed.
