Re: next set submissions
First of all, thank you for naming them all "Diagryph" and not some of them "Gryph" just to be confusing (Like XX-Saber or Daigusto).
Second most seem ok to me, except Diagryph Goldmane, which basically lets you add all Diagryphs from your Graveyard to your hand netting major plusses.

Re: next set submissions
i'd completely forgotten you can bounce the other monsters for shenanigans
will edit effect to "return 1 Diagryph Goldmane" instead

Re: next set submissions
And you said you're not very creative, Liar
I like the fact they can be Bulky in terms of effects, their first Summoning effects, give them a nice approach to the game. Open with Falconeye = Whitewing/Redfeather considered a nice head start of control. Either that or instant Rider with them. Goldmane is good for regain control and act as an insurance to recoveries. All i can say it already have shit tons of supports to go well with lol. This should be your next set submission imo.

I love these. They remind me of MTG Gryphons (which I love).

Just to let you know that the art used in Nox Traitor is currently used by Nox Betrayer apparently

Is it just me who believe Traitor is a bit too much?

Re: next set submissions
Ditto, especially since it's reusable by a ton of cards. I think the archetype as a whole already has enough searching.EMSOUP wrote:Is it just me who believe Traitor is a bit too much?
Re: next set submissions
nox has no reliable first turn summons. at all. that's because they have no cards that actually do anything while your opponent doesn't have a face-up card - they straight-up lose to practically any backrow in the game because they build tempo off flipping monsters down and thats all they can do.
like you can say that they have enough searching or that they do too much, but how many of you have actually built the deck, used it and see how quickly it bricks when you have a hand that can't do anything until your opponent lets you. traitor solves the problem of entirely reactive play - it lets you get a nox or uprise for trading a fiend (if you know anything about the deck you don't really have that many to simply throw away) which if you can build on that it gives you a way of building up your cards, though the fact still remains that your opponent has to let you play your cards. they can literally wall you forever by just setting a monster and backrow - again, traitor actually lets you play in this circumstance

Re: next set submissions
Nox Traitor have a balance factor if you open a first turn Summon to get a nox or uprise and welcoming monsters to try to run it down easily till you exploiter'd it or so. Of course, the reason that the specific discard happen to be fiend-type because Nox monsters aren't that affordable to discard so you would use non-nox fiend monsters that may take less priority or more affordable to discard instead. The second effect have chances to be either getting rid of without being triggered, being compensated for its loss or been lucked out in surviving till your next turn. Well in reality there still bunch of ways to get around it but it , at least, help to welcome things that other Noxes can take advantage of them. so It also serve as a bait too. It's not too much as you guys would think, rather it is a fair addition to Nox.

Re: next set submissions
Well, let's see how well this went.
But, is the Uprise search ability is really needed? Wouldn't it beat the point of hitting it?

Re: next set submissions
well it was only hit on the principle of what i can do, rather than what it actually did. theoretically, uprise is the card that gives the deck consistency - but we never got to see it in actual play
