When a WIND monster is Summoned, controller of that card returns Spell and Trap cards on the field to their owner's hands for each WATER monster they control. When a WATER monster is destroyed, controller of that card gains 300 Life points for each WIND monster they control.

TO

When you summon a WIND Monster: You can return Spell/Trap cards on the field to their owner's hands up to the number of WATER monsters you control +1. When your WATER monster is destroyed: Inflict 500 damage for each WIND monster you control +1.

Yes, that is good too. WATER/WIND doesn't have much support I could find together.

Reason : More bleh double-attribute support. It was dead if you could only muster 1 monster, dead if you had 2 WATER or 2 WIND, and even if you had 1 of each the effect was lackluster. It was made for a different time. Now, the effects can be activated independent of the attribute requirement, only strengthening each other.
