1 level 1 LIGHT tuner monster + 1 Synchro Monster + 2 or more level 3 or lower non tuner monsters with the same name
Can only be Synchro-summoned. Card effects cannot be activated when this card is summoned. When this card is summoned, both players must reveal their hand and discard all non-LIGHT monsters. During either players turn, you can discard 1 card to negate the activation of a monster effect, and banish it. This card cannot be targetted by your opponent's card effects. When this card is removed from the field, special summon 1 LIGHT Synchro monster from your extra deck with a lower level from this card.

Personally It looks too hard to summon for too little benifit.
