Well here is my go at making them all normal cards...

Wave Wyvern
Attrib: Water
Type: Aqua/Effect
Level:3
Atk: 1200
Def: 1100
(Hybrid) You can switch 1 monster on the Field to face-up Defense position to Place this card in your Monster Card Zone. While this card is in your Monster Card Zone, it gains the following effects: -All WATER monsters on your side of the Field gain 400 ATK and lose 500 DEF. Any time an Aqua, or Fish type monster is destroyed by battle, switch this card to face-up Defense position and destroy 1 monster on the Field.

(might be slightly OP, not sure yet)

Once per turn, you can send 3 Normal Monsters from your deck to the graveyard to activate one of the following effects:
-Add 1 Normal Monster from your graveyard to your hand
-Destroy 1 set card on the field
-Return 2 face-up cards on the field to its owner's hand.

Bio Engineer
*4 LIGHT Psychic/Xyz/Effect 2500/2000
3 level 4 monsters
When an opponent monster declares an attack, you can detach Xyz material from this card to banish it until the end phase. Once per turn, you can set the top card of your graveyard to your side of the field, then discard 1 card. It cannot be activated/Flipped face-up this turn.

Exploding Boulder Knight
*1 Rock/Effect 0/0 Earth
You can discard this card to reveal the top cards of your deck until you revealed a Rock-type monster, and add it to your hand. Shuffle the rest into the deck. When this card is special summoned, you can tribute this card to destroy 1 face-down card on the field.

Bird with the Darkest WIngs
*4 Dark Winged-beast/Effect 1500/1200
Once per turn, select 1 Winged Beast-type monster on the Field other than "Bird With the Darkest Wings" and increase its ATK by 300. You can tribute this card to Special Summon 1 Level-4 Winged Beast-type monster in your Graveyard, except "Bird With the Darkest Wings".

it has 3 built-in d-prisons that +1 deckthins every turn. needs to be toned down

too much attack, too versatile. cut the tuner, cut the built-in book of moon and reduce the attack.

Also, I had to add a little to Hybrid Factory and Cybernetic Organism, cause I thought they were awfully abusable. You can check it out and see if I was overreacting.
