This card can be Special Summoned (from your hand) by sending 2 face-down monsters you control and 1 face-down Spell or Trap card on either player's side of the field to the Graveyard. When this card is summoned, halve the ATK and DEF of all other monsters on the field. This face-up card cannot be flipped face-down. Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a card is set (or flipped face-down), destroy 1 face-up card on the field.
