Zone Lock Empty Zone Lock

|Gateway to the Underworld|||Spell Card|Spell||Quick-play|||Tribute 1 DARK or EARTH monster you control. Destroy 1 non-FIRE card on the field, and the card zone of the destroyed card cannot be used until your opponent's 2nd next end phase.|

|Subterranean Inferno|||Spell Card|Spell||Field|||Once per turn, select 1 empty card zone. It cannot be used until your 2nd next end phase. If you control a FIRE or EARTH monster, once per turn you can discard 1 DARK monster to destroy 1 monster on the field. Its card zone cannot be used until your 2nd next end phase.|

|Underground Tax Collector|||Fiend/Effect|Fire|2||1000|1000|This card is also treated as a DARK monster. When this card is normal summoned, if the amount of empty card zones on the field that cannot be used is 3 or more, draw 2 cards.|

|Subterranean Corpse Transporter|||Beast/Effect|Earth|4||1500|1000|This card is also treated as a DARK monster. Once per turn, you can select 1 card zone that cannot be used on the field. The card zone can be used again, and then you can add 1 level 4 or lower DARK monster from your graveyard to your hand.|

|Gatekeeper of the Underworld|||Spellcaster/Effect|Dark|4||400|2300|This card is also treated as an EARTH monster. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed, it is not destroyed instead. If this card is face-up on the field, every time your monster is destroyed by your opponent’s card effect, you can discard 1 DARK monster to destroy 1 level/rank 4 or lower monster on the field. Its card zone cannot be used until your 2nd next end phase.|

Until your opponent's next end phase, all open card zones on the field cannot be used. Until your opponent's 3rd next end phase, if a card is removed from the field, the opponent of the controller can discard 1 card for each card removed from the field to have its card zone unusable until their opponent's 2nd next end phase. You can discard this card from your hand if you control a DARK monster to select 1 card zone. it cannot be used until your opponent's 3rd end phase.|

|Subterranean Mysticism|||Trap Card|Trap|||||Reveal the top 3 cards of your deck. For every DARK, EARTH, or FIRE monsters revealed, select 1 empty card zone on the field. The selected zones cannot be used until your next end phase. You can banish this card from the graveyard when there is no usable empty card zone on the field to special summon 1 level 4 or lower EARTH or FIRE monster from your graveyard.|

|Blazing Hell Raven|||Winged-Beast/Synchro/Effect|Fire|4||2700|1000|[Xyz, 3 level 4 FIRE monsters] Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material, destroy 1 monster on the field, and its monster zone cannot be used until your opponent's 2nd next end phase. During each of your end phase, your opponent’s entire non-FIRE monster loses 150 ATK for each of their empty card zone that cannot be used.|

|Walking the Streets of the Former Hell|||Trap Card|Trap||Continuous|||When a monster is destroyed by battle, its zone cannot be used until the 2nd end phase after the destruction. FIRE, EARTH, and DARK monsters gain 500 ATK when they attack. During each End Phase, each player take 500xnumber of their empty card zones that cannot be used as Direct Damage.|

|Hellfire Mantle|||Spell Card|Spell||Equip|||Equip only to a FIRE or DARK monster. When it destroys an opponent monster by battle, select 1 card zone. It cannot be used, and cards already on it cannot activate its effect until your opponent's 2nd next end phase. Monster equipped with this card gains 500 ATK.|

|The Sealed-away Demon|||Insect/Effect|Dark|8||0|0|This card is also treated as EARTH attribute. You can special summon this card from your hand or graveyard if your opponent has 3 or more unusable card zones. This card’s ATK is 1000 x (number of your opponent’s unusable empty card zone). When your opponent activates a Spell card, when it leaves the field, its card zone cannot be used until your 2nd next end phase.|

Nice, simple little -1 with a bonus. I like the random attribute conditions. Nothing wrong here.

Wouldn't the second effect not really make a difference? Your next end phase is at the end of your turn. EDIT: UNLESS you were going for Corpse Transporter goodies, then it's good.

Even with all the support this seems very difficult to pull off and not that rewarding. I'd rather just use Corpse Transporter for the search power, stats, etc.

Good stuff. I think EARTH/DARK is more likely than FIRE/DARK or FIRE/EARTH, but that's just me.

It's defensive and reactive. Also the last effect requires some set-up to get it to Defense Position. I'd say it makes a good wall at 2300 and requires being destroyed twice, which is amaaaaazing, but the last effect is slightly superfluous. It would be used for the defense and not really for the effect.

This is OP'd. On the first turn you have a painful choice-like dumping power, also preventing your opponent from doing anything at all for a turn if you set the quick-play.

First effect looks very fun. Second effect is impossible, if there's no usable zones then you can't SS.

This feels slightly too powerful for a generic Xyz, involving attributes which are good anyways. However the last two effects are very creative and fun.
