Grey-Feathered Elder Broke as hell as it essentially +2 by itself, other than that, Wind Arid monsters meant take away a piece of the advantage of having WATER monsters banished or in the graveyard into the Deck as the price to swarm and use Salamandra to take WATER monster out of the deck again to replenish the advantages.

5 monsters not enough? also change Crimson-Tail Hawkman's cost SSing from hand from 2 WATER monster to 1 instead given that the drawback give enough suffers. and lowercase all the "S" in the 'Windscourge"

mind that Grey-Feather is still a Tour Guide monster for 4 rank so it need cost or drawback. which mean it should have", Then return 2 WATER monster that either banished or in the graveyard to the bottom of the Deck." after the SSing part since the SS coming for the Deck which tend to be pricey one.
