|Heatwave Valley|???|????|Spell Card|Spell||Field||||While there a FIRE and WIND monsters on the field, non-FIRE or WIND monsters loses 800 ATK and DEF. Any Battle Damage would be inflicted to a player involving a non-FIRE or WIND monster they control in a battle with a FIRE or WIND monster increased by the Level of that non-FIRE or WIND monster x 100.|

|Volcanic Spring|???|????|Spell Card|Spell||Field|||While there a FIRE and WATER monsters on the field, FIRE or WATER monsters gains 500 ATK and DEF and non-FIRE or WATER monsters lose 500 ATK and DEF. When a FIRE or WATER monster is destroyed: Its Controller gains Life Points equal to its Level x 200 and their opponent take damage by that amount.|

|Seething Desert|???|????|Spell Card|Spell||Field|||While there an EARTH and FIRE monsters on the field, EARTH or FIRE monsters gains 1000 ATK and non-FIRE or EARTH monsters lose 1000 DEF. EARTH or FIRE monsters inflict piercing Battle Damage when they attack a non-FIRE or EARTH Defense Position monster.|

|Storming Ocean|???|????|Spell Card|Spell||FIeld|||While there a WATER and WIND monsters on the field, WATER or WIND gains 800 ATK and DEF. When a WATER or WIND monster destroy a non-WATER or WIND monster by battle: The WIND or WATER monster's controller can target 1 face-up card their opponent controls; return it to the hand, then the controller gains 100 Life Points for each card in their opponent's hand.|

|Swamp Mountain|???|????|Spell Card|Spell||Field|||While there an EARTH and WATER monsters on the field, EARTH or WATER monsters gain 1000 DEF and non-EARTH or WATER monsters lose 1000 ATK. When an EARTH or WATER monster battles with a non-EARTH or WATER monster: the EARTH or WATER monster's controller gains Life Points equal to the Difference between its ATK and the non-EARTH or WATER monster's DEF.|

I will have to agree with DH, although Swamp Mountain is very good considering the defensive nature of EARTH and WATER

Heatwave Valley is also good.

Volcanic Spring will be interesting against FIRE or WATER decks, then you only have to control one and pick off their monsters due to ATK reduction

Storming Ocean however feels worse. What if it was gain 200 for each card in hand? Or 200 per level? Bouncing has enough drawbacks on its own.
