Gust Shot
Normal Spell Card
Activate only when you control a WIND Monster. Select 1 Card on the field. Your opponent can reveal and return 1 Trap card they control to their hand to negate this effect. If they do not, destroy the selected card.

Oppression of the Mighty
Continuous Spell Card
You can only control 1 "Oppression of the Mighty". Decrease the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls by 100 x the total levels of all Normal Monsters you control.

Vector Bomb
Normal Spell Card
Banish the top 3 cards on your opponent's deck.

Millicent, the Mortuary Maid
Zombie | DARK | Level 4
This card gains 100 ATK for each Banished Monster. If this card is Destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 of your opponent's banished Monsters to your side of the Field, whose level is equal to or less than the number of your opponent's Banished Monsters.
[ 1300 / 1200 ]

Melissa, the Mangled Mutant
Zombie | DARK | Level 3
When this card is Summoned, change it to Defense Position. This card gains 100 DEF for each Banished Monster. If a monster you control destroys a monster in battle, you can banish the opponent's monster and 1 card from the top of the Opponent's Deck.
[ 800 / 1400 ]

Cleanse the Rotten
Continuous Spell Card
Any cards sent from the Hand or Deck to the Graveyard are instead banished. If this card is sent from the Field to the Graveyard, you can return up to 3 banished cards to their owner's Graveyards.

Seems ok. Probably would be staple in any Wind Themed deck.

During each of your End Phases, send all other copies of "Oppression of the Mighty" from your Hand or Field to the Graveyard (your opponent does not verify this). Decrease the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls by 100 x the total levels of all Normal Monsters you control.

Why not just have "you can only control 1 face-up "Oppression of the Mighty"" instead of being pushed into getting use of only one for what could be the entire duel.

Why would you banish your own monster for a poor banish/mill effect? If you've destroyed a monster you want to keep the advantage you've just gained, not throw it away.

Idk. Obviously for your banish Zombies but I'm not sure if this could be too effective or just too gimmicky to warrant use.

Was afraid It's Raining Spells warrants this card practically unstoppable

Better clarification for Melissa is nice.

Millicent is better now.

S/T removal does exist and the possibilty of a card legal @3 suddenly becoming unusable seems too restrictive. It's perhaps strong than Burden of the Mighty, and more searchable, but the restrictiveness of it's Deck Type should offer leniency on it.
