Once per turn: you can Tribute 1 "Bullet Hell" monster to target 1 "Bullet Hell" Monster you control; It gains the following effect until your next Standby Phase: -When this card inflicts Damage using this card's effect: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower DARK Monster with 200 DEF from your Deck and Inflict Damage to your opponent equal to it's Level x 200.

this seem good and a trade off is not bad.

hmm as long there isn't a beatstick can be so easily dumped in the grave then gain big Life points while still inflicting big damage, it's might be fine but I'm iffy about it in the future.

the burn seem like it could be ranged 1000-1500 most of the time which it's fine. as for the the trap part, we have to see how it goes.

Seems fair, a trade of advantage and Life points for a tuner and a dangerous attack target.

Second effect will miss the timing, but i think it may be better that way. Tunable Tutors are dangerous, better leave it like it is, one or the other.

Meh I would take out the "treated as Level 4" part, this card eats opponent resources like pacman, and using it as fuel for another Roxvox probably too much. If you treated it as Level 3 though for a Synchro Summon or something, i think that'd be OK.

This would almost be like a 1-card staple, it's splashable cause it can search out Wounded Myr which every deck can use free advantage. Comboes with Ryx, and that is great, you just need to make sure it's easier to use multiple copies in a Bullet Hell deck, rather than 1 copy in any old random pile of batman.

CAVED!

Special Summon as many DARK Monsters with 200 DEF as possible from your Graveyard. They are Shuffled into your Deck during the End Phase. You can only Activate 1 "CAVED!" Per turn. You cannot activate this card while you have a "CAVED!" in your Graveyard
Rekindling is like OTK fodder, and that these cards burn when they synch / xyz is way too much, don't think we need this kind of speed

Meh I would take out the "treated as Level 4" part, this card eats opponent resources like pacman, and using it as fuel for another Roxvox probably too much. If you treated it as Level 3 though for a Synchro Summon or something, i think that'd be OK. Fixed that problem by making it Level 4 for a Synchro Summon of another Bullet Hell

Rekindling is like OTK fodder, and that these cards burn when they synch / xyz is way too much, don't think we need this kind of speed I dropped the amount of Special Summons to 3 so the opponent would have to -2 to Synchro Summon or risk losing a monster

Hmmm, it would make creative plays. I like it
