|Ritual Rite of Privilege|???|????|Trap Card|Trap||Counter|||When a Spell Card, Trap Card or monster effect targets a face-up Ritual Monster you control: Negate the resolution, and if you do, banish it.|
|Forbidden Ritual Art|???|????|Spell Card||Spell||Ritual||This card can be used to Ritual Summon any Ritual Monster. You must also Tribute face-up monsters from either side of the field, whose total Levels equal than the Level of the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon. Halve the ATK and DEF of the monster Ritual Summoned by this effect and it cannot declare an attack this turn.|

negate the resolution? When does that take place? Is that like negate the activation?

when it target a card it went past the activation onto the cost/target step so you can negate the resolution before it resolves then banish it. or rather saying itthat you let it activates then target your ritual monsters so you can only stop the last step of the effect which is the resultion.

I'd make it exactly the same level and remove the half ATK thing

So, you can just tribute all your opponent's monsters?
