Suggested revision:

When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Fiend-type Monster whose ATK is 1500 or less from your deck to the field. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent must reveal their hand. Your opponent must Set Spell Cards before they can be activated.

The combo it had with Utukku was so inefficient it was like it didn't exist, so I addressed it.

The first effect you added seems like tour guide. The last effect is good with me, just needs "and cannot activate them the turn they're set"
