My subtype was more or less a fail, so let's try something else...

Sinister Descent - Seraphiel
Fairy / DARK / Level 2 / 0 / 0
Cannot be Special Summoned by a "Sinister" Monster. Once per turn, you can destroy any number of face-up monsters on the field to Special Summon 1 Monster from your Hand or Graveyard with an ATK equal to the combined ATK of the destroyed monsters.

Sinister Ascent - Quaerere
Fiend / LIGHT / Level 2 / 0 / 0
Cannot be Special Summoned by a "Sinister" Monster. Once per turn, you can destroy any number of face-up monsters on the field to Special Summon 1 Monster from your Hand or Graveyard with an DEF equal to the combined DEF of the destroyed monsters.

Sinister Tellus - Atrius
Warrior / EARTH / Level 2 / 0 / 0
Cannot be Special Summoned by a "Sinister" Monster. You can destroy this card and 1 other Monster on the field to Special Summon 1 Monster from your Hand or Graveyard with a Level equal to the combined Level of the destroyed monsters.

Hmm they're very likely to be dead in hand and on the field. You cannot use the effect if you don't have a monster in your hand that match exactly the current monsters on the field before they get destroyed. Only Sinister Tellus - Atrius have more usability than the rest.

This is true, however they can use themselves as targets too. The first two are more likely to be used in decks with lots of 0 ATK or 0 DEF monsters

Such as you need required target to active the effect? Amusingly enough the destroy part is cost to summon lol.
