for anniversary set, though i like this effect but i'm might be a bit cautious about this.

I don't think it needs the battle damage restriction considering.....it needs two or more synchros involved to even be Synchro Summoned, which must be Synchro Summoned as well, so I'm pretty sure removing the battle damage restriction would be perfectly fine, even with it's life point polarizing effect.

Would the ATK and DEF combined is a good idea or just have ATK instead? I could remove the battle damage restriction depending of my suggestion is too much or not.

i feel its best at ATK and DEF combined, because imagine: You are at 3000 opponent at 8000, you pull this off 2nd turn, your first, kill thier 1500 ATK creature they summoned turn one, and then rape

i guess just take off the drawback. i wonder if just having 1 effect is enough? just asking.

add another effect, IMO

well if it's Op'd currently, then maybe the battle damage restriction should be kept as well.

I think the fact that I don't know many Tuner Synchros on here, or decks that can One Turn Summon something as difficult as this....I think it would be a good card.

The seemingly unobtainable summoning requirement takes effort to hit, so having a powerful effect to back it up makes it worthwhile.
