Will we be allowed to submit archetypes anytime soon?

I've had one waiting for 2 as well...if Transcending Curses didn't count.

The idea is for after a week or something, after we got enough duels and testing in, we start a second phase. This is where 1 or 2 people submit archetypes.

Then after that, we wait another week, for another 60 card ish generic set.

60ish cards each generic set seems a bit much. Konami releases about that many for each big set and 90% of the cards are unplayable.

Well I guess not Generic in the "lackluster what the hell is this card for" but primary unspecific staples glue for many decktypes, providing cover for many playstyles without being the main engine behind it (support for Mill, different types of monsters, S/T gemini-support, union support etc.). So like a Basic Set.

I agree with DH, we should have a thread where everyone (who wants to) posts an archtype they want to submit and we all vote our favorite 2 to be added (person cannot vote form themselves) then we do the generic set for balancing the entire collection.

Number is totally subject to change, but the thing is, we are not like konami, we don't release a bunch of crappy commons and have a few secret rare diamonds in the rough.

having people vote on archetypes to be added will only end in frustration and tears. "No one ever votes my archetype in," etc. We don't want to be restrictive.

Oops... I might've accidentally clicked on that. So we just have to get more duels in? That seems fair.
