Evil (Jaaku) Corruption (Oshoku) is the the translation. Please help with balancing if any is needed.

This card's Special Summon cannot be negated. When Special Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. This card is unaffected by Continuous Trap Cards and cards or effects that activate in the Graveyard. You can switch this card's battle position the turn it is Summoned, the turn it has attacked, or during your opponent's turn (this is a Quick Effect). This card's original ATK and DEF is equal to the ATK and DEF of the "Jaaku Giant" that Summoned this card.

Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this card's activation. Activate only by Tributing 2 face-up DARK monsters you control. Field Spells other than "Oshoku" Field Spells cannot be activated. Twice per turn this card cannot be negated or destroyed by card effects. All monsters you control, except DARK monsters, gain 300 ATK. All DARK monsters you control gain 500 ATK and 300 DEF. Once per (Duel or turn?): You can negate the activation of a Spell/Trap Card. You must control a face-up DARK monsters to activate and resolve this effect. If this card would leave the field: Banish it instead.

When this card on the field is banished: Special Summon 1 "Jaaku Divinity Nogard" from your hand, Deck, Graveyard, or that is banished.

- You take no damage from battles involving "Jaaku" monsters. You can only control 1 face-up "Jaaku Trickster". If this card on the field is destroyed: Special Summon 1 "Jaaku Giant" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.
You can only control 1 face-up "Jaaku Trickster". If this card on the field is destroyed: Special Summon 1 "Jaaku Giant" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

It's alright, fun control card

Just say "Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can change this card's battle position." The effect is not really worth it... i'd rather just have an infinitely returning Jaaku Giant

Once per duel. Definitely. Interesting field.

This is so orichalcos Razz I'm just iffy on how you're going to trigger the banishment.
