Cardy cards

Card Cycling:

Activate only if you have 2 or more cards in your Graveyard. Activate all of the following effects in any order:
*Draw 2 cards.
*Discard 2 cards.
*Return 2 cards from your Graveyard to your Deck.
You cannot draw cards using other card effects during the turn you activate this effect.
Card's Journey:

Activate 1 of the following effects:
*Return up to 5 cards from your Graveyard to your Deck.
*Banish up to 5 cards from your Graveyard.
*Return up to 5 of your banished cards to your Deck.
*Return up to 2 of your banished cards to your Graveyard.
Cardware:

You can send up to 2 monsters you control to the Graveyard; Special Summon this card from your hand and draw cards equal to the amount of monsters sent to the Graveyard.
Whirlfanman:

When this card is Normal or Special Summoned in face-up Attack Position; Place 1 card from your Deck on top of your Deck. When this card is sent to the Graveyard; Send the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard,
The Forbidden Flower:

You can banish this card from your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 level 3 or lower Normal Monster from your Deck. You can discard this card and 1 Normal Monster; Add 1 Normal Monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use 1 "The Forbidden Flower" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
Dimension Hazing:

When this card is activated and during each of your Standby Phases: select 1 of the following effects; It is negated until your next Standby Phase.
*When a monster is Normal Summoned: Banish that monster. Return it to the field during the controller's next Standby Phase.
*When a monster is Special Summoned: Banish that monster. Return it to the field during the controller's next Standby Phase.
Normalize:

Declare 1 card name. Until the end of your opponent's next turn, all cards of that name lose their effect(s), and Effect Monsters of that name are treated as Normal Monsters instead. This applies to cards regardless of their location.
Rabitty Rabid Rabbit:

Once per turn: you can increase or decrease the levels of any amount of other face-up monsters you control by up to 3.
Mega Mad Mega Beast:

If you control 2 or more face-up monsters: you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If you do, reduce this card's Level by the amount of other face-up monsters you control.

Card Cycling cycles too much. That'll repeat the cycle of having a broken draw deck.

Same case as Card's Journey, it's just broken

Ware is fine though.

Cardware: where does it Tribute at? It's a Level 1 monster.

It's meant to say equal to the amount of monsters sent to the Graveyard for it's Special Summon. I used to have it Tribute instead of send, but someone was worried about Token abuse.

I'm thinking of changing Card's Journey and Card Cycling to the following:
Card's Journey:
Activate all of the following effects in any order:
*Send up to 2 cards from your Deck to the Graveyard. Their effect(s) are negated.
*Return up to 2 cards from your Graveyard to your Deck.
*Banish up to 2 cards from your Graveyard.
*Return 1 of your banished cards to your Graveyard.

Card Cycling:
Activate only if you have 2 or more cards in your Graveyard. Activate all of the following effects in any order:
*Draw 2 cards.
*Discard 2 cards.
*Return 2 cards from your Graveyard to your Deck.
You cannot activate other Spell or Trap cards during the turn you activate this card.

Aside from having no reason to not be put into any deck you make I think they are okay.

I'm thinking I'll change Card Cycling to only prevent draw spells. Thoughts?

The only draw spell I could even see this card abusing/railing to is Black Ante. That's it. We don't exactly have the right cards to make Card Cycling into this tremendously efficient draw engine.

Altered Card Cycling, added The Forbidden Flower, Dimension Hazing and Normalize. There have been concerns about The Forbidden Flower's Plant-Type. Thoughts?

[14:44:37] Darkest Hour : Normalize is okay. Kind of like a specific version of Absolute Vitiation
